Jack Bauer Terrorist Kill Count: 10
Helicopters grounded with a handgun: 1 (a f*ing handgun...come on people, that's amazing!)
I know it's been two weeks since I've done a 24 post, but I didn't have much to say about last weeks episode. And I'm lazy. And fat. You get the idea.
However, I have to say things are finally starting to take a turn for the better this season. Granted, I'm pretty sure I hate Sean Astin right now, and will heretofore refer to him as "Rudy", as I refuse to acknowledge his role in Lord of the Rings, and would prefer to mock him in this manner.
I mean really, you're going to put Jack in custody? For saving 800 lives? That makes sense.
Personally, I'm really looking forward to the point where Tony wakes up from his coma, verbally berates Rudy, and possibly pistol whips him. That's what I'm hoping for at least.
As for Grey's, well what can I say other than: Holy crap.
First of all, I just picked up Season 1 on DVD over the weekend, and effectively cut my productivity down to zero as a result.
Secondly, Burke is slowly turning into my favorite character. The way he got away with yelling at Christina, and that ridiculous dancing thing? Amazing x2.
Third, is Meredith retarded? That whole thing at the end of the episode repulsed me. Is it possible to start to dislike the main character of a show?? She's becoming this self-destructive, sad, whiny person.
Also, if I saw you Saturday at Blind Pig and don't remember, well, you can thank the Captain for that. As for me, all I had to thank him for was a hangover.....

It's totally possible to hate the main character of a show -- hello, dawson's creek -- which is why you should never name a show after a character because then you're stuck with them forever (or you have to change the name: i.e., Valerie Harper and Hogan's Family). I also cannot stand Meredith.
Also, I never want to hear you badmouth Rudy AKA Samwise Gangee again, Gordo.
I still love Meredith even though I agree what she's doing to George is awful. It's not that easy to just get over someone you love and not still be sad about it. I am still whiny Sarah about B, and it's been over a year. Also she has like no family. She's pretty much a mess, and that's why I like her. She's just trying to get through the day without feeling bad for herself, and sometimes that is really hard to do.
And seriously if you ever rip on Sean Astin again I will pistolwhip YOU. I am not even kidding.
